In the business of transporting, moving and handling hazardous substances, the supplier needs to place Safety Data Sheets (also called SDS for short) with the consignment. These are mandatory. Any SDS supplied within New Zealand needs to be compliant with HSNO. These sheets inform the reader how to properly handle the product and what damage-control steps to take in case of chemical spills.
TCC can prepare NZ compliant safety data sheets for you according to your country’s rules and regulations, which include HSNO classifications and a Group Standard allocation.
In case you already own a NZ SDS, we can correct and improve on it to ensure they remain HSNO compliant and usable in New Zealand. TCC are also able to provide HSNO compliant NZ label advice for maintaining consistency between the SDS and the products label.
